X-JAPAN : TOSHI to divorce?

Kaori, a former idol who is currently a singer under the name WANKU, married TOSHI in 1997. For a time, she left show business to work as part of TOSHI's personal management office.

Shortly after TOSHI left X JAPAN in April 1997, he and Kaori met and became involved with the musician MASAYA, who had started a musical movement known as "iyashi-kei" (or "healing music"), along with self-development seminars under an organization called Home of Heart. The following year, TOSHI began receiving pressure from family and fans to leave Home of Heart, which some had labeled as a cult.

After much conflict, and the reunion of X JAPAN in 2008, TOSHI finally decided to break off from MASAYA and Home of Heart. At the same time, he also made his decision to separate from Kaori.

When reached for comment, Kaori denied that they are entering divorce arbitration. TOSHI's lawyer said that he could not comment due to confidentiality, but an explanation may come early next week.

X JAPAN's vokalis dan penyanyi solo TOSHI telah membuka situs web baru bernama Toshi Official WEB SITE-Samurai JAPAN-, di mana ia mengungkapkan rincian lebih lanjut mengenai kegiatan solo terakhirnya.

TOSHI mengadakan konferensi pers pada Januari untuk mengklarifikasi rumor tentang kehidupan pribadinya dan untuk mengumumkan bahwa ia menjauhkan diri dari Home of Heart label dan produser Masaya, juga perceraiannya dengan istri Kaori Moritani, juga dikenal sebagai WANKU. Dalam konferensi yang sama, penyanyi juga mengungkapkan bahwa ia berhenti kegiatan baik untuk TOSHI with T-EARTH dan kerja solo.

TOSHI kini telah mengungkapkan bahwa ia sedang mengubah penulisan namanya Toshi dan bahwa akhir konser solo akan dipanggil Toshi LAST KONSER [Samurai JEPANG]. Diproduksi oleh YOSHIKI, hidup akan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 24 Februari. X JAPAN-Nya bandmates PATA, HEATH, SUGIZO dan YOSHIKI semuanya telah terdaftar sebagai musisi tamu untuk konser.

Terakhir, Toshi mulai penjualan yang baru, diproduksi sendiri EP asli disebut Samurai JEPANG merek-nya melalui website resmi yang baru. Terbatas sampai 2.000 eksemplar, fitur CD empat lagu dan baik SUGIZO dan PATA sebagai musisi rekaman.

X Japan had aimed to expand their international presence during the early '90s, but after some setbacks and the death of guitarist hide, the band broke up in 1997. Since their reunion in 2007, they have scheduled multiple overseas concerts, but most had to be postponed for various reasons.

At the end of last month, Yoshiki announced that the band is set to finally make their U.S. debut with a performance at rock festival Lollapalooza, being held in Chicago on August 6-8, 2010. However, at the event in Tokyo, Yoshiki hinted that their first U.S. performance might be sooner than that, saying that they are considering playing at a small live house in Los Angeles in the near future.

Of the band's members, Yoshiki has already been living in Los Angeles for a while. Although he said that the rest of the members plan to move there in order to establish the city as their base, he did not give a specific timeline for the move.

kog kyaknya skarang X-Japan ditambah sugizo jadi aga gimana gitu ya... klo gw c jadi gag sreg az.. mendingan sugizo balikan lagi sama Luna Sea az deh.. jadi gag nyampur.. trus posisi Hide menurut gw c harusnya gag tergantikan.. mendingan udah berempat az.. klo perlu Hidenya rekaman az di board TV gede gitu kyak waktu konser reunian 2008

hmmm... bukan agak gimana, tapi karena X japan sendiri vakum selama 10 tahun & membernya masing2 sibuk dgn project solonya masing2... Yoshiki sendiri terbenam dengan berbagai project OST movies & iklan2 juga tetap ngerjain project idelaisnya: VIOLET UK . musik X Japan saat ini bisa dibilang sangat terpengaruh oleh musik2 dari VIOLET UK... (10 tahun nongkrongnya ngerjain lagu VUK otomatis taste music'y Yoshiki juga berubah). mungkin dalam waktu dekat sulit untuk membayangkan kalau X Japan akan membuat lagu2 dengan sound seperti kurenai, silent jealousy dll...

Sugizo sendiri mengatakan kalau dia mau bergabung dengan X Japan karena X Japan memutuskan untuk memulai babak baru dalam kehidupan mereka... bukan bernostalgia masa2 jayanya mereka di era 80/90'an...

hmmm... kalo single barunya Yoshiki yg terakhir yah cuma Blue Sky Heaven itu... ^^
